What should I expect!
To begin with I offer a complimentary, no obligation consultation, held at a time and place that suits you. During which your needs and goals will be discussed. This is the perfect opportunity to see whether personal training and the personal trainer are suitable for you! After this consultation your first training session will be booked.
Your first session will involve some health and fitness evaluation, based upon your goals. Don’t panic, there is nothing too strenuous and is necessary to ensure that the correct programme is designed for you and to allow us to track your progress.
Your next session will be the beginning of a road to a new you! Incorporating a wide variety of exercises relevant to your goals. I will also set you weekly training programmes to follow.
