What should I expect!
To begin with I offer a complimentary, no obligation consultation, held at a time and place that suits you. During which your needs and goals will be discussed. This is the perfect opportunity to see whether personal training and the personal trainer are suitable for you! After this consultation your first training session will be booked.
Your first session will involve some health and fitness evaluation, based upon your goals. Don’t panic, there is nothing too strenuous and is necessary to ensure that the correct programme is designed for you and to allow us to track your progress.
Your next session will be the beginning of a road to a new you! Incorporating a wide variety of exercises relevant to your goals. I will also set you weekly training programmes to follow. 
I will review your diet, through the use of a diet diary, to ensure that you can achieve your maximum potential. You will then be provided with advice on what changes need to be made to achieve your goals.

Where can I train?
This may sound odd, as many people join gyms to get fit. But with some easy to use, effective equipment, such as steps, free weights, resistance tubes, boxing gloves and pads, skipping ropes, balance pads, stability balls, (all provided by me) and the knowledge of your personal trainer. You can achieve fantastic results in the comfort of your own home. You may never need to join a gym!
If you wish to purchase your own equipment, you can do this through me (I have discount arrangements with suppliers) or I can recommend The Physical Company.
This can take place at one of the gyms that Transformation Personal Training has a prior arrangement and allows you to train, with me, at no extra cost to you. Or at a gym where you hold a membership, just let me know and I will contact the gym on your behalf.
Using the same equipment that I would use to train you at home, I can train you in a suitable room at your workplace, or in the outside grounds! You could also get your work mates to join in, spread the cost and increase the fun! We will need permission from your company, but most companies understand the benefits of a healthy workforce.
What! With the English weather! You bet! Utilising the same equipment that I use for home training, as well as the facilities on-site (parks benches are great pieces of equipment), you can get a great workout.
But what if it’s pouring down? We can train at your home, a gym or… stay outside, you never know, you might work harder to keep warm!

Prices start from £40.00 per session. I offer discounts for block booking. Please contact me for details.
