Joanna Hall Walking Courses
I am pleased to announce that I have been chosen to instruct the Joanna Hall Walking Courses.
Joanna Hall is one of the leading fitness experts in the UK. She has appeared regularly on T.V. and radio as well as writing for many magazines and has produced a number of fitness and diet dvd’s and books.
Joanna and her business partner Alissa Twisk have produced a number of walking courses to suit many fitness levels and time scales and I am one of a small number of trainers who have been selected to instruct these pioneering courses.
The course I will be offering is the ‘Walkfit’ course. This is a six week course comprising of a one hour instructed session per week, support tools (diet and exercise book and pedometer) and a programme designed to get you exercising more frequently with regular improvements.
This course will help you to become more active and improve your walking technique and posture.
