New for 2012 - Transformations Weekend Boot Camps

Due to popular demand we are pleased to announce that, from March 2012, we will be running weekend boot camps throughout the year in West Sussex.

The venue for the courses is Church Farm Holiday Village, Pagham, West Sussex. This park is owned and operated by Haven, the largest holiday park operator in the UK

The weekend will include accommodation, food and exercise classes throughout the weekend. There will be a minimum of 8 workouts throughout the weekend including circuit training, core conditioning classes, boxercise and structured runs.
