New for 2012 - Transformations Weekend Boot Camps
Due to popular demand we are pleased to announce that, from March 2012, we will be running weekend boot camps throughout the year.
The venue for the courses is Church Farm Holiday Village, Pagham,West Sussex. This park is owned and operated by Haven, the largest holiday park operator in the UK.
The weekend will include accommodation, food and exercise classes throughout the weekend. There will be a minimum of 8 workouts throughout the weekend including circuit training, core conditioning classes, boxercise and structured runs.
The first course runs from 2.00pm on Friday 30th March 2012 to 1.00pm on Sunday 1st April 2012.
The second course runs from 1.00pm on Friday 27th April 2012 to 1.00pm on Sunday 29th April 2012.
Bookings are being taken for both weekends. Numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
There are a variety of accommodation options detailed below, the costs detailed are for the whole course and are per person.
3 bedroom deluxe caravan (sleeps 3) - £235 (based on 3 sharing)
3 bedroom prestige caravan (sleeps 3) - £275(based on 3 sharing)

If you are attending alone you don't have to pay for single occupancy as we will pair you up with other boot campers, just let us know your preferred accommodation option when booking. If your preferred option is not available we will contact you to inform you of the options that are available.
At the end of the weekend you will be provided with an 8 week exercise plan and a diet plan that can be followed long term.
These courses run independently of our weekly boot camp classes so you don't need to be an existing member to attend.

Boot Camp
Transformations Fitness Boot Camp is a fantastic way to exercise, in the great outdoors, with like minded people.
Our first class launched in May 2009. We now run 6 classes per week.
Our fitness classes take place at Gadebridge Park, Hemel Hempstead and at Fairford Leys Football Pitches, Aylesbury. All fitness levels are catered for at the classes.
Regardless of your age or current fitness level, you will improve your aerobic fitness, muscle tone, strength, stamina, endurance and energy levels as well as losing weight, if that is your aim.
Our classes are graded based upon fitness level and ability. You will be given a coloured bib to wear during the class, based upon your fitness level, so that your instructor knows what intensity to expect of you and what exercises will best suit you.
You will be accompanied by a highly qualified trainer, all the way, who will instruct and motivate you so that you know you are training with the correct technique and intensity. Whilst ensuring that everyone feels included in a fun, group environment.
You will perform a wide variety of exercises that will be as enjoyable as they will be challenging. You will work individually and in pairs and groups so that everyone works to the best of their abilities.
If weight loss is one of your goals then we will provide you with nutritional guidance and dietary recommendations, to compliment your Boot Camp classes, so that you can achieve sustainable weight loss of between 1lb and 3lbs per week.

Fitness Testing.
We run fitness testing every 6 weeks at Hemel Hempstead. This is a great opportunity to find out how fit you are and to track your progress.

Further Information
Your first session is free! All you have to do is contact us. We can then book your first session and email you a couple of short forms to be completed and returned via email or brought with you to your first class. If you don't have an email address we will have forms available for you to fill out at the park. Once you are booked in just turn up, ready to train, 15 minutes before the start time.
You will be met by the instructor who will talk you through your questionnaires and assign you to a group (beginners or advanced) based upon your fitness level.
Each class lasts one hour. This includes a warm-up (approximately 6 minutes), main training section (approximately 45 minutes) and a cool down and stretch.
Hemel Hempstead
Transformations Fitness Boot Camp is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm and every Saturday at 9.00am at Gadebridge Park, Hemel Hempstead.
We meet at the skate park end of the park and ride car park on Gadebridge Lane (between Leighton Buzzard Road and Piccotts End Road). Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for any pre-class instructions.

Aylesbury
Transformations Boot Camp starts in Aylesbury on Saturday 24th April 2010 at 8.30am.
The class will take place at Fairford Leys Football Pitches, Andrews Way, Coldharbour Way, Aylesbury, HP17 8QQ.
The classes will then continue every Monday and Wednesday evening at 7.15pm and every Saturday morning at 8.30am.
We will meet in the car park on the left hand side as you approach the main building. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for any pre-session instructions.

Suggest a location.
Is there a park near you that you think would be suitable as a new Boot Camp location?
If so, then contact us and we will research the location. If you are the first person to suggest a location, and we open up a new class at the park you suggested, you will receive one month's free membership.
Your first session is free! After that you can either pay monthly (in advance by cheque) or purchase a block of sessions (payable in advance by cheque).
There are three monthly payment options:
Level 1 - £32.00 per month, unlimited sessions
Level 2 - £28.00 per month, two sessions per week
Level 3 - £20.00 per month, one session per week
Alternatively, if you are away frequently and cannot attend regularly, you can purchase a block of 10 sessions for £60.00. These sessions must be utilised within 6 months of your first, paid for, session.
Once you are a member you can attend your classes at both of our locations.
There is also a one-off joining fee of £20.00. This fee does not have to be paid again if you stop training with us and then decide to come back. We will waive this fee if you join up within 7 days of your free first session. (All we ask is that you join for at least 3 months continuously if paying monthly or purchase at least 15 sessions if purchasing blocks of sessions).

Once you have joined, if you bring a friend along for a free session and they join for a minimum of 3 months, or purchase a block of 10 sessions, you will both receive one additional free month's membership. This offer is unlimited so the more friends you bring, the more freebies you get.
During Autumn and Winter it's worth while making sure that you turn up at the park prepared. Evev though the temperature may be cool you will warm up quickly so it's best to wear a number of layers, that can be removed, rather than to wear one thick training sweater. A pair of light running gloves, a wooly hat and a lightweight waterproof jacket are a worth while investment. Don't spend too much as you will be training in a park! As far as footwear goes, a pair of running shoes, cross trainers or trail running shoes are ideal. We will be training outside in a park so, unless you don't mind getting them muddy, wearing your best Lycra gym kit probably isn't a good idea. Fashion trainers are unlikely to be suitable for training as they probably won't give you sufficient support.
Changing facilities are limited at the parks so arrive ready to train, if you can. If it is raining we will still train. You should wear a lightweight waterproof jacket.
You should pack a towel and some clothing to change into at the end of the session, just in case it's been wet, as walking or driving home in wet and muddy training gear can be unpleasant.

You are entitled to one free training session. This must be taken as your first session after which you will be required to pay, in advance, either monthly or for a batch of 10 sessions, as well as paying the joining fee. This offer is not transferable and has no cash value.

You train at your own risk. You will be instructed by a highly qualified professional who will endeavour to ensure that you training is always safe. You must obey instructions as these will be given to ensure you exercise safely as well as with the correct technique and intensity.

The training sessions will start promptly at the start times advertised. We advise you to turn up 10-15 minutes early.

You will be able to leave a set of keys or a small bag within our vehicle which will be locked for the duration of the session but we cannot accept responsibility for your belongings at any time.

The minimum age to be able to train with us is 16 years old. There is no upper limit.

The membership levels are based upon the number of sessions attended per week, not a total number attended per month.

There is no refund, but you can suspend your membership if you are injured during a session with us. You must notify us of the injury at the time of occurrence and not at a later date.

To benefit from the joining fee waiver offer you must pay for 3 months, or 15 sessions, in advance of your first paid for session.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients that they believe to be in any way not fit to participate in a particular activity, and in such circumstances no refunds shall be given where applicable.
